About Kingfisher County Free Fair
Held each August in Kingfisher, Kingfisher County Free Fair celebrates the agricultural heritage of a county that was one of the first settled in the famous 1889 Land Run and remains one of the state's most productive grain-farming counties.
What to Expect
Expect livestock shows, FFA and 4-H competitions, carnival rides, local food vendors, and a fair in the gently rolling wheat and pasture country of the Cimarron River watershed.

Kingfisher was one of the first towns platted in the 1889 Oklahoma Land Run — the Chisholm Trail Museum and the Governor A.J. Seay Mansion document the early Oklahoma settlement era, and the surrounding Cimarron River country preserves the rolling wheat belt character of central Oklahoma.
