About Spokane County Interstate Fair

The Spokane County Interstate Fair — the Interstate Fair — is the major annual fair for the Spokane metro area and inland Northwest, running ten days in mid-September at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center. First held in 1886, it has been a Washington agricultural tradition for over a century. It draws visitors from across eastern Washington, northern Idaho, and western Montana.

What to Expect

Livestock shows, 4-H competitions, major concert acts, carnival rides, fair food, tractor pulls, demolition derbies, and a sprawling midway make this the signature late-summer event for the entire Inland Northwest.
