About Payne County Free Fair

The Payne County Free Fair in Stillwater is an August fair at home to Oklahoma State University, celebrating the agricultural and academic heritage of a county where land-grant agricultural research and the cattle, wheat, and diversified farming of the rolling Cross Timbers country have long coexisted.
