The Marshall County Fair in Holly Springs is a July fair in the rolling hills of north Mississippi, celebrating the cotton, antebellum, and civil rights heritage of a county that preserves some of the finest antebellum architecture in Mississippi and served as a major hospital center for both Confederate and Union forces during the Civil War.
