About Lee County Fair
Held each July in Tupelo, Lee County Fair celebrates the cotton, manufacturing, and musical heritage of a city famous as the birthplace of Elvis Presley — the King of Rock and Roll — and as one of the most economically dynamic cities in the state. The area's broader history includes notable events and landmarks dating to 1935.
What to Expect
Expect livestock shows, FFA and 4-H competitions, carnival rides, live entertainment, local food vendors, and a fair serving the growing Tupelo metro area and the agricultural communities of Lee County.
Visitor Tips
Tupelo is a must-visit Mississippi city — the Elvis Presley Birthplace and Museum (where Elvis was born in a two-room shotgun house on January 8, 1935), the Tupelo National Battlefield (site of an 1864 Civil War engagement), and the Natchez Trace Parkway running through the city make Tupelo exceptional.
