About Chickasaw County Fair

The Chickasaw County Fair in Houston is an August fair in the rolling hill country of north-central Mississippi, celebrating the cotton, cattle, and timber heritage of a county named for the Chickasaw Nation that once called these rolling uplands home before removal to Indian Territory in the 1830s.
