About Whitley County Fair
The Whitley County Fair in Williamsburg is a traditional Appalachian-gateway fair held each August in a county seat on I-75 at the edge of the Daniel Boone National Forest. Williamsburg is home to the University of the Cumberlands.

Williamsburg is on I-75 about 100 miles south of Lexington and just north of the Tennessee border. Cumberland Gap and Pine Mountain State Resort Park are nearby.
