About Douglas County Fair
The Douglas County Fair in Castle Rock celebrates one of America's fastest-growing counties — the "Agate Capitol of America" and growing Denver south suburban corridor contains some of Colorado's finest horse ranches and equestrian communities alongside the rapidly expanding suburban development between Denver and Colorado Springs. It began in 1892 and has stayed a fixture of Colorado agricultural life for more than a century.
