About Accomack County Fair

The Accomack County Fair on Virginia's Eastern Shore celebrates the seafood, poultry, and agricultural heritage of a long, narrow peninsula county separated from mainland Virginia by the Chesapeake Bay and connected only by the 17-mile Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel to the south.

What to Expect

Expect waterfowl and poultry exhibits, 4-H and FFA competitions, seafood vendors, local crafts, and a coastal community spirit unique to Virginia's isolated Eastern Shore.

Visitor Tips

Accomac is the county seat of Virginia's longest county — the Eastern Shore stretches 70 miles north to south. Chincoteague Island with its famous wild ponies and NASA Wallops Flight Facility are major attractions on the Shore.
