About Cherokee County Fair

The Cherokee County Fair in Rusk is a September fair in the East Texas Piney Woods, celebrating the timber, poultry, cattle, and tomato farming heritage of a county anchored by the Texas State Railroad — one of the only remaining steam railroads operated as a state park.
