About Blanco County Fair
Held each September in Johnson City, Blanco County Fair celebrates the cattle, peach, and lavender farming heritage of a county famous as the boyhood home of President Lyndon B. Johnson and an increasingly significant center of Texas wine and lavender production.
What to Expect
Expect livestock shows, FFA and 4-H competitions, carnival rides, local food vendors featuring Hill Country lavender products and peaches, and a community fair in the scenic limestone and live oak country of the Pedernales River valley.

Johnson City is defined by the LBJ legacy — the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park preserves both the LBJ Ranch (the "Texas White House") and the boyhood home in Johnson City. The nearby Pedernales Falls State Park and the Fredericksburg wine country are outstanding Hill Country companions.
