About Mountain Area Fair
Every year, Patton hosts the Mountain Area Fair, which is a week-long June fair in the Allegheny Mountain coalfield country of Cambria County, celebrating the agricultural and community heritage of the high plateau communities between Johnstown and Clearfield.
