The Hollidaysburg Community Fair is a four-day late-September fair in the Blair County seat, celebrating the agricultural heritage of the communities in the Juniata River headwaters valley where the Pennsylvania Canal crossed the Allegheny Mountain on the famous Portage Railroad.
