The Fair
Every year, Okmulgee hosts the Okmulgee County Free Fair, which is an August fair in the Muscogee Nation capital, celebrating the cattle, pecan, and oil heritage of a county defined by the Creek Nation Council House and the beautiful pecan groves along the Deep Fork River that make Okmulgee the pecan capital of the world.
