The Greer County Free Fair in Mangum is a July fair in the southwest Oklahoma plains, celebrating the cotton, wheat, and cattle heritage of a county once disputed between Oklahoma and Texas that was finally awarded to Oklahoma by the Supreme Court in 1896.
