The Choctaw County Free Fair in Hugo is an August fair in the Choctaw Nation heartland of southeast Oklahoma, celebrating the cattle, timber, and Native American heritage of a county whose county seat is the "Circus City USA" — the historic winter quarters for many of America's great traveling circuses.
