A Closer Look

The Topsham Fair, now in its 172nd year, is a time-honored mid-coast Maine agricultural tradition held at the Topsham Fairgrounds in Sagadahoc County. Its history stretches back to 1854, placing it among Maine's oldest agricultural fairs. Located just across the Androscoggin River from Brunswick, this six-day fair celebrates the farming heritage of the lower Kennebec and Androscoggin river valleys.

Fair Highlights

Livestock and poultry competitions, ox and horse pulls, harness racing, carnival rides, agricultural exhibits, craft vendors, and traditional Maine fair food. Six full days of fair activities give families plenty of time to enjoy all the highlights.
