The Sabine Parish Fair in Many celebrates a northwest Louisiana parish on Toledo Bend Reservoir where the nation largest man-made reservoir on the Texas border provides extraordinary bass fishing, and where timber and poultry farming sustain communities in the longleaf pine hills.
