About Carroll County Fair
The Carroll County Fair in Carrollton brings the community together each July along the banks of where the Kentucky River meets the Ohio. Carrollton is a small Ohio River port town, and the fair is a highlight of summer life in this river community.

Carrollton is at the confluence of the Kentucky and Ohio Rivers, about 45 miles northeast of Louisville on I-71. General Butler State Resort Park is nearby with camping and lake recreation.
