About Boyd County Fair
The Boyd County Fair in Catlettsburg is a northeastern Kentucky fair held each June at the fairgrounds on State Route 3. Boyd County sits at the confluence of the Big Sandy and Ohio Rivers, and the fair draws visitors from across the Tri-State area of Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio. The 2026 fair runs June 20–27 and includes pageants, rodeo, demolition derby, and motocross.
