The Polk County Fair in Mena is an October fair in the Ouachita Mountains of west Arkansas, celebrating the timber, railroad, and Rich Mountain heritage of a county defined by some of the most rugged and spectacular mountain terrain in Arkansas — including Rich Mountain (the second highest point in the state) and Queen Wilhelmina State Park.
