Pima County Fair Overview

Every year, Tucson hosts the Pima County Fair, which is an 11-day late-April celebration in the Old Pueblo, drawing hundreds of thousands from the Sonoran Desert's most cultured city for the region's premier spring fair. First held in 1911, it's carried on as an Arizona agricultural tradition for well over a hundred years.

Good to Know

Tucson's spring weather is ideal for an outdoor fair — the Sonoran Desert is in full bloom in April and the nearby Saguaro National Park is at its most beautiful.
