The Lincoln County Fair in Merrill is an early August fair in the Wisconsin River valley of north-central Wisconsin. Merrill is known as "The City of Parks" for its exceptional park system and serves as the gateway to the Northwoods.

Livestock shows, 4-H competitions, carnival rides, fair food, and grandstand entertainment serve this logging, dairy, and recreational community in northern Wisconsin.

Visitor Tips

Merrill's location at the confluence of the Wisconsin and Prairie rivers makes it excellent for paddling — rent a canoe for a float before or after the fair.
