About Rockbridge Regional Fair & Expo
Held each September in Lexington, the Rockbridge Regional Fair & Expo serves the agricultural communities of a county famous for two prestigious colleges — Washington and Lee University and Virginia Military Institute — its Civil War history, and the stunning scenery of the upper Shenandoah Valley.
What to Expect
Expect livestock shows, agricultural exhibits, 4-H and FFA competitions, local food vendors, and a fair celebrating the farming heritage of the Maury and North rivers valley.
Visitor Tips
Lexington is home to Washington and Lee University and VMI, and is the burial site of both Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson — the Natural Bridge, George C. Marshall Museum, and Goshen Pass are also nearby.
