The Pittsburgh County Fair is an urban agricultural celebration held each September in Pittsburgh's Allegheny Commons Park. Presented by Ferment Pittsburgh in partnership with Grow Pittsburgh, the fair launched in the early 2020s and celebrates homegrown, handmade, and fermented foods from across the city and region.

What to Expect

Expect a free, all-ages event with farm animals, hands-on demonstrations, workshops, local farm and artisan vendors, live music, a farmers market, and signature contests like the Best Tomato in Pittsburgh and an Apple Pie Bake-Off with celebrity judges.
