The Allen County Fair is the centerpiece of summer in Lima, drawing visitors from across northwestern Ohio each August. Dating to 1854, it is one of Ohio's oldest and most enduring agricultural fair traditions. It combines a strong agricultural tradition with nightly entertainment. Harness racing is featured.
