About Graham County Fair
The Graham County Fair in Robbinsville celebrates North Carolina's most remote mountain county, almost entirely surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest and the Snowbird and Unicoi mountains, where the Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest protects one of the last old-growth forests in the eastern United States and Cherokee heritage runs deep.
What to Expect
Expect livestock shows, 4-H competitions, mountain crafts, local food vendors, and the close-knit Appalachian community spirit of one of North Carolina's smallest and most isolated mountain counties.
Visitor Tips
Robbinsville is the remote county seat of a county more than 90% covered by national forest. Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest's ancient tulip poplars are a must-see, and Fontana Lake provides boating, fishing, and access to the Appalachian Trail on the Tennessee border.
